This journey takes him across the country, following clues left in ancient urban legends and forgotten historical records. Along the way, he meets various characters, from an eccentric history professor to a skeptical computer hacker, who unintentionally become allies in his perilous quest. Adam's search ultimately leads to a shocking discovery about a secret genetic experiment from decades ago, which aimed to create the "perfect" human—and Adam was the first successful test subject. With the revelation of his identity as "Adam the First," he not only finds his true origins but also realizes he possesses unique abilities that are now the target of a shadowy organization seeking to exploit or eliminate him.
