The Forgotten Movie Story
tells the story of Telly Paretta (Julianne Moore), a grieving mother who is trying to cope with the death of her son, Sam, who died in a plane crash a year ago. However, her life is turned upside down when her psychologist, Dr. Munce (Gary Sinise), and her husband, Jim (Anthony Edwards), convince her that Sam never existed. They tell her that Sam was just a delusion she created as part of her grieving process. Telly Paretta refuses to believe them and insists that her son was real. She then finds evidence that reinforces her memories and begins to search for the truth.
In her search, Telly meets Ash Correll (Dominic West), a former hockey player who is also a victim of this strange conspiracy. Ash is also convinced that his daughter, Lauren, died in the same crash, but was later told that his daughter never existed. Together, Telly and Ash begin to investigate the disappearance of their children and discover that a dark force is at work, controlling their memories and reality. They continue to try to uncover the truth amid the threats and dangers that lurk.
As Telly and Ash get closer to the truth, they discover that they are part of a secret experiment involving an alien entity. The film takes the audience on a tense journey full of surprises, where Telly must fight to restore her memories and her forgotten son. "The Forgotten" is a psychological thriller that plays with the concepts of reality and memory, keeping the audience guessing until the end.
