The Astronaut Movie Story
follows Captain Sam Walker, a NASA astronaut who miraculously returns to Earth after her first space mission ends in disaster. Her capsule is recovered floating in the Atlantic Ocean following a mysterious accident, with Sam being the sole survivor. Due to the unexplained nature of the landing and potential contamination, NASA, under the command of General William Harris, places Sam in a high-security isolation house for intensive rehabilitation and a battery of medical and psychological tests.
However, the quarantine period quickly devolves into a gripping nightmare. Sam begins to experience disturbing hallucinations, discovers newfound telekinetic abilities, and notices strange, shadowy figures around the isolated property. Her visiting husband and daughter also sense an unsettling presence.
