Aftermath Movie Story

centers on Eric Daniels, a returning war veteran afflicted with PTSD, who is inadvertently trapped with his teenage sister, Maddie, on Boston's Tobin Memorial Bridge. Their journey is brought to a standstill when a heavily weaponized group of revolutionaries, composed of former military contractors, attacks the bridge and takes everyone hostage. The group is led by a former Army Captain seeking vengeance and justice over what he believes were wrongful accusations of war crimes.



The primary target of the hostage-takers is Samantha "Doc" Brown, a former U.S. Army Staff Sergeant being transported by police across the bridge. Doc is accused of providing false testimony that framed Captain Roken's military unit for war crimes that were allegedly ordered by higher-ups. By threatening to blow up the bridge and kill the hostages, Roken demands that the Pentagon release his imprisoned comrades and publicly admit that the government had ordered the commission of those crimes.



Trapped in the middle of the chaos with no external help, Eric realizes he must rely on his military training to survive and save his sister. Working alongside Doc, who manages to escape her captors, Eric maneuvers through the action to disarm Roken's explosives and fight off the terrorists. The film is an intense race against time where a traumatized veteran must confront a familiar enemy from his past and prove that he is still capable of being a hero.
