is a dark comedy psychological drama exploring the complexities of grief and an unexpected connection. Roman (played by Dylan O'Brien) is struggling with profound sorrow following the tragic death of his identical twin brother, Rocky, in a car accident. Feeling like he has lost half of himself, Roman decides to stay in Portland and attends a support group for those who have suffered the loss of a twin, or the "twinless." It is there that Roman meets Dennis (played by James Sweeney), who also claims to be mourning the passing of his twin brother, Dean.
Despite their vastly different personalities—Roman being reserved and Dennis being more outgoing—the two men quickly form an intense and peculiar bond of friendship, rooted in their shared trauma.
